DUI suspected in head-on collision near Union Hill School
Alcohol may have fueled a head-on collision that injured four people over the weekend. Grass Valley resident Stephen Shandrew, 70, was arrested on suspicion of felony drunken driving in a Saturday night crash on Highway 174 near Union Hill School, according to California Highway Patrol.
